CONDITION ASSESSMENTS
Engineering review services are offered to buyers, sellers and owners of buildings wanting to know the condition and potential future cost associated with the buildings in question. We perform PCA site visits all over the United States with full reports. Over 60 assessments totaling to over 18 million square feet of building space has been conducted in the past year.
